Housecroo provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Sydney, NSW. Our services include but are not limited to:
All bookings require a 50% deposit payment to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Housecroo is not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or pre-existing damage. We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
Housecroo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
