    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Housecroo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    Housecroo provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Sydney, NSW. Our services include but are not limited to:

    • House cleaning and commercial cleaning
    • Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
    • Maid service and window cleaning
    • Floor cleaning, warehouse cleaning, and shop cleaning

    3. Booking and Payment

    All bookings require a 50% deposit payment to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate property information and access
    • Securing valuable and fragile items before cleaning
    • Informing us of any special requirements or concerns
    • Ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals

    6. Liability

    While we take every precaution to protect your property, Housecroo is not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or pre-existing damage. We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations.

    7. Service Guarantee

    We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

    8. Changes to Terms

    Housecroo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
